The future NICU will feature 12 individual patient suites, each more than 190 square feet in size; replacing the existing 8-bed ward model at Mackenzie Richmond Hill, to reflect the latest model of neonatal care where parents’ hands-on involvement is significantly greater.

The Individual patient rooms, will reflect the latest model of neonatal care in which parents’ hands-on involvement is significantly greater.
